BOX52 Evolution

Our Level 2 boxing class designed for those who are ready to elevate their boxing skills and delve deeper into the sport’s intricacies. This class offers a blend of advanced techniques, specialized drills, and cardio workouts to ensure a comprehensive training experience.

Participants must have completed a minimum of 5 boxing classes prior to joining Box52 Evolution.

Class Objectives:

  • Advanced Techniques: Learn and master advanced boxing techniques that will set you apart in the ring.
  • Specialized Drills: Engage in drills that focus on refining your punches, footwork, and defensive maneuvers.
  • Cardio Workouts: Incorporate cardiovascular exercises to improve stamina.
