A B52 original and our most popular circuit! This high intensity workout class is designed to help you build, sculpt, strengthen, and lift your gluteus. Prepare to push yourself to the limit and make your booty burn. 

B-CUT

The name says it all! Keep it moving in this HIIT (high intensity interval training) class  that will help you start your day off right or end it with a bang. This supercharged workout is guaranteed to boost your metabolism, burn calories, and sculpt and tone your body. 

Strength Training

Our classic strength and conditioning classes has it’s roots set in the foundation of personal training, whereas, the focus is on the big lifts: squats, lunges, pushes, rows, and some cardio!
