Kino

I’ve been introduced to martial arts as a child. Starting with taekwondo, I eventually moved on to kickboxing and muay thaï and became an instructor at the age of 18 under my father and my Kru. Ever since, I have found a passion for teaching and coaching people in the craft of striking arts and its underlying mobility principles. I believe sports and martial arts to be empowering practices both physically and mentally, allowing to better understand ourselves and to keep learning throughout our life.

Kino has certifications in:

— Boxing Instructor

— Muy Thaï Instructor
