Having played sports my entire life, being active has always been a part of me. However, throughout my twenties, my social life became bigger than being active. When I realized my body wasn’t reacting the same as when I was younger, I turned to training daily and developed a passion for taking care of my body. I've taken many certifications and always strive for my knowledge in fitness to grow with the years. I’ve helped men and women of all ages reach their goals and feel good about themselves. There’s no age or right time to start being your best self and I am happy to help and motivate you along the way! My mission is to always make people feel comfortable and confident while training and help guide them through their fitness journey. Kasandra

Kasandra is one of our personal trainers and group class instructors. She has tons of experience with athletes as she was a figure skater for 16 years and played division 1 basketball for 5 years. She loves working with a variety of different individuals and helping people achieve their goals. She has worked football players in the NCAA division in the United States and helped them stay in shape during their off season. She also enjoys working with beginners looking to start their fitness  journey. Kas is currently studying to become an osteopath and also has interest in acupuncture. Her goal is to design thoughtful workout programs for people looking to be consistence at the gym and work hard to achieve their fitness goals. Kas specializes in: Strength training, Body recomposition, Muscle tone and development & Weight loss.

Meet Olha, your dedicated personal trainer with a passion for fitness and a heart for helping others. Olha is on a mission to guide her clients towards achieving their fitness goals and reaching new heights in their wellness journey. Having honed her skills through teaching both children and adults in Ukraine, Olha is well-versed in tailoring fitness programs to cater to individual needs and abilities. She firmly believes that everyone has the potential to become the healthiest version of themselves, regardless of their starting point. Olha's areas of specialization lie in weight loss, body recomposition, and toning the body. Her approach is adaptable and flexible, ensuring that each client receives a customized fitness plan that aligns perfectly with their unique goals and aspirations.
