Andy

Andy Morin is an experienced athletic trainer, rehabilitation specialist, and somatherapist. Previously, he has had experience in being a certified instructor with physimed for Energie Cardio and working at Rockland Tennis Center. From there, he gained further experience working as a rehabilitation specialist at the sports performance center with his partner, Paul Gagne. Also, currently, he has 20+ years experience working with David Leadbetter at the David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Florida working with PGA and LPGA golfers. Lastly, and still presently, he is working with the Dufour-Lapointe sisters and the Woman’s Canadian National Freestyle ski team, and is the head trainer at B52.

Gail

Growing up a competitive athlete, Gail was initially drawn to Essentrics after experiencing how it improved her power in sports and relieved her chronic pain. Working with professional and Olympic athletes, Gail draws on her knowledge of the human body from her studies in science and innate understanding of the athlete mindset to instill the value of Essentrics flexibility training for injury prevention and improved performance. Passionate about educating people of all ages and fitness levels on the benefits of Essentrics, Gail leads live teacher trainings, workshops and retreats worldwide.

Sebastien

Sebastian has the following certifications: SOMA trainer, Can-fit Pro PTS, PFS, TRX, Kettelbell Level 1, and Vipr. His sports background is quite impressive, having played baseball for 18 years, even attending a Montreal Expos tryout, and playing in the Junior AA. Seb believes in helping others reach their goals, and enjoys seeing the instant client satisfaction at the end of each training session. His approach to training is to observe, plain and execute, but to have fun along with the structure. Lastly, Seb specializes in general conditioning for athletes and parkour training.
